Rigorous Testing Helped B Boost Customer Confidence
Background：
In 2023, B, the world’s largest NEV maker and one of the largest battery manufacturers, launched the MC Cube, the first energy storage system to integrate its signature blade battery. Facing various performance requirements from customers, B needed to implement a comprehensive testing process to ensure the safety and performance of their MC Cubes before delivering them to customers.
Challenge：
B’s testing lab for the MC Cube was facing challenges with inaccurate measurements and inconsistent test results due to a lack of proper calibration and poor data management. The lab was also struggling to keep up with the volume of testing required for B’s fast-growing customer base.
Solution：
To address these challenges, Soaring helped BYD’s testing lab by implementing a rigorous testing solution that included a battery cluster testing system, a comprehensive calibration program, and customized testing software with a centralized data management system.
